I. Preparation before equipment installation
1. Before installing the equipment, a comprehensive inspection of all lines of the system is required to see if there is a disconnection or short circuit;
2. After confirming that there are no faults in the entire system's wiring, install the equipment, and the contacts of the wiring must be soldered.
3. When installing the equipment, the wiring must be performed in strict accordance with the instructions or installation manual attached to the product.
Second, the system checks before power-on debugging
1. After the equipment is completely installed, it is necessary to comprehensively check whether the wiring of each part is correct; if there is a wrong connection, the entire system may not work properly.
2. In particular, check whether the power cord is connected incorrectly and whether there is a short circuit between the positive and negative poles. Otherwise, the equipment and the equipment related to the circuit will be burnt after power on, which will seriously cause a fire.
3. Debugging of the intercom and visual parts of the unit building
1. Under the condition that the wiring and wiring are correct and the equipment is intact, the unit system can work normally after power on.
2. When debugging in the unit building, first connect all the connections between the door host and the lowest-level protector / decoder and the indoor unit. At the same time, the room number of the extension should be numbered according to the instructions for use; Confirm whether the door host and the bottom line and equipment are normal.
3. If the normal work indicates that the door host, lines and equipment are normal; then cut off the system power, then connect the main line of the previous layer of the system, and perform the second layer of debugging (the system must be powered off when wiring), and then turn up .
4. During the debugging process of the unit building, it is necessary to start debugging layer by layer from the ground floor, that is, after the first layer is debugged, then the second layer is debugged, and the debugging is continued upwards until the entire unit. The commissioning is complete and working normally.
Under normal circumstances, the quality of the line or equipment can be judged by measuring the following voltage parameters using the voltage range of the multimeter;
In static state, the power supply voltage and + B voltage to ground: 12V.
Audio line A2 voltage to ground: 0V.
Data line P voltage to ground: 0V.
After you pass the extension, the voltage of the audio line to ground will change: it will rise to 5.6V.
At the same time, the instant of exchanging the extension can measure a fast changing pulse voltage between 0-5V on the data line P line.
5. If the equipment of the whole unit system is installed and the wiring is correct, but it cannot work after power on, first power off and leave only the protector / decoder on the bottom floor, and the indoor unit and the host at the door are connected. The bus of the protector / decoder is completely dismantled. Check whether the protector / decoder and the indoor unit at the door host and the bottom layer are normal. If it is normal, the fault is caused by the protector / decoder or indoor unit above the second floor. In this way, the root cause of the failure must be found layer by layer.
6. When encountering the above fault, if the floor is higher, you can use the "golden section method" to check the fault, that is, first disconnect the protector / decoder of the middle floor (such as the 20th floor, it must be disconnected on the 10th floor). Bus, restore the second-layer bus, and confirm that the failure is specifically below or above the middle layer. In this way, you can quickly find the root cause of the failure.
7. As long as the wiring between the indoor unit and the protector / decoder is correct, plug the connection cable between the protector / decoder and the indoor unit and connect the video cable. After the room number of the extension is programmed, it can be normal without debugging. jobs;
8. If the image of the indoor unit is doubled or distorted on the image due to the signal being too strong, the video output of the last protector / decoder on the top layer must be connected with a 75Ω carbon film resistor for attenuation. / Match video signal.
9. If the image of the indoor unit is blurred or the image is white, it means that the video signal is weak. At this time, you can adjust the video gain by turning on the video amplification circuit on the protector; the method is to place three jumpers J1 side by side on the protector. J2, J3 can be turned from OFF to ON. At the same time, you can adjust the video gain and high-frequency signal by adjusting the two potentiometers on the protector. The specific method can be to connect the extension to the protector, and adjust the potentiometer to observe the image; generally, the lower level (below 7 layers) does not need to open the video amplification circuit; the upper level (above 20 layers) only needs to open a protector. A video amplifier circuit is fine.
10. During the call between the door host and the indoor unit, if there is a harsh howling sound, or when the sound of the host speaker is low, you can use a small flat-blade screwdriver to perform the potentiometers VR1 and VR2 on the door host's motherboard. Speaker and microphone volume adjustment.
